    Posted on

Indulge yourself in this aromatic lotion bar after a bath to which you have added Patchouli and Ylang Ylang Fizzy Bath Salts.

    You will need:

    125g cocoa butter

    15ml coconut oil

    10ml vitamin E oil

    8 drops patchouli essential oil

8 drops ylang ylang essential oil

    5 drops grapefruit essential oil

    Method:

Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil in a bain marie or double boiler. Remove from the heat and add the vitamin E oil. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the oils are well mixed. Add the essential oils. Pour into moulds and leave to set. The finished bars will pop out easily from the moulds, although in hot weather it is a good idea to refrigerate the bars for an hour or two to set before unmoulding.

    To use:

Glide the lotion bar over the skin then work the oils in. Keep the bars wrapped in cellophane when not in use.
