Bergamot and lavender are natural antiseptics and help heal spots and minor skin irritations. Chamomile is anti-inflammatory and calming. Use Bergamot and Chamomile Antiseptic Gel to gently heal minor skin ailments.

You will need:

93ml chamomile flower water

2ml xanthan gum

3ml thistle oil

2ml vitamin E oil

20 drops bergamot essential oil

4 drops German chamomile essential oil

3 drops lavender essential oil

Method:

First of all, make the base gel:

Warm the chamomile flower water and sprinkle the xanthan over, while whisking to ensure that the granules dissolve without forming clumps. When the temperature has dropped to 40 degrees C, add the thistle oil and vitamin E oil and whisk to ensure even distribution. Allow to cool.

Measure out 30g of the gel and mix in the essential oils. Spoon into a dark glass jar.
