Cooling Citrus Body Spray

Use this cooling body spritz when temperatures begin to rise. Although lemongrass is not really a citrus, it has a zesty, uplifting fragrance that is stronger and more tenacious than lemon.

You will need:

20ml apple cider vinegar

4 drops lemongrass essential oil

4 drops peppermint essential oil

8 drops neroli essential oil

8 drops bergamot essential oil

12 drops mandarin essential oil

200ml spring water or orange flower water

Method:

Pour the apple cider vinegar into a dark glass bottle. Drop in the essential oils and shake well. Add the water and shake again. Screw the lid on the bottle and leave it for two weeks to allow the fragrance to develop.

Pour the body spray into an atomiser or a bottle with a fine spray nozzle. Shake well before each use.
