Marjoram Muscle Rub

This after-sports rub will help ease aching muscles. Marjoram has relaxant, ant-spasmodic, warming and analgesic properties. Ginger and Black Pepper will help warm aching, tight muscles.

 

Caution: Do not use this blend on the face or on delicate parts of the body, and avoid during pregnancy.

 

 

You will need:

 

60ml grapeseed oil

10 drops marjoram essential oil

6 drops black pepper essential oil

4 drops ginger essential oil

 

 

Method:

 

Pour a little of the grapeseed oil into a dark glass bottle. Drop in the essential oils and shake well. Add the remainder of the grapeseed oil and shake again.

 

 

To use:

 

Apply to affected muscles after sports and massage in well.
