We've had to disable the website template for the blog as it interferes with the text display and causes bits of it to disappear completely.

Trigonella foenum-graecum

Fenugreek is also known as Greek hay seed, methi and bird’s foot. The leaves and seeds are used in herbal remedies, while the seeds are also used as a spice. It is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic and can be used externally to treat eczema, inflammations, spots, boils and wounds.

An old folk remedy for abscesses and boils held that leaves of fenugreek, mistletoe and sorrel boiled together and used as a poultice would help draw the infection out.
