We've had to disable the website template for the blog as it interferes with the text display and causes bits of it to disappear completely.

It's a bit rough and unvarnished looking, but hey ho...:)

The long silky strands that can be found between the cob and the outer leaves make a smoothing, calming powder when finely ground. Cornsilk powder is particularly suitable for sensitive skin. Cornflour, or cornstarch, is obtained from maize kernels and it too can be used as a powder for sensitive skin.
