Petroselinum crispum

 

Parsley tea is detoxifying and cleansing. Eating parsley each day helps to keep the breath fresh and cleanses the kidneys, which in turn helps to keep skin clear.

Make an infusion of 250ml fresh parsley to 750ml boiling still spring water. The infusion can be applied directly to eczema, psoriasis and skin irritations, and it can also be drunk as a tea.
